Kikuhide Deba Knife 150mm

The Deba is a robust Japanese knife used for cutting through fish and bones. This 150mm high-carbon steel knife is an unused or nearly unused stored item, with some marks from storage and sharpening. Its manageable size makes it an excellent choice for home cooks handling fish.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "菊秀" (Kikuhide) and "別打" (Betsuuchi), with a branded mark on the handle.
