Sekimagoroku(関孫六)Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a traditional Japanese knife ideal for katsuramuki (rotary peeling) and decorative cuts on vegetables. This 165mm high-carbon steel knife is single-beveled and retains a clean, silvery edge despite minor patina likely from storage. Its compact size and precise edge make it perfect for both professional chefs and home cooks seeking refined vegetable preparation.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "和造", "関孫六" (Sekimagoroku), and "梅" (Plum).
