The Yanagiba is designed for pulling clean sashimi slices in one motion. This 210mm knife includes a distinctive red collar, adding a touch of individuality. Its length is suitable for home slicing tasks, such as filleting blocks of fish.

Made from single-beveled high-carbon steel, it excels in delicate slicing and smooth performance.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "関孫六" (Sekimagoroku) and "別作" (Bessaku).
