Hiromoto Nakiri Knife
The Nakiri is a straight-edged double-beveled knife ideal for cutting vegetables. This laminated version from Hiromoto is no longer produced, making it a rare find. It’s in very good condition and includes a sticker on the handle.
It is double-beveled and made using a laminated (warikomi) construction, delivering sharpness and durability.
It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.
It features the engravings "SEKI", "登録" (Registered), "宏元作" (Hiromoto), and "本鍛造" (Forged).
