This Kamagata Usuba is a traditional Kansai-style vegetable knife, ideal for katsuramuki and intricate cuts. It's a favorite among both professional chefs and culinary enthusiasts. This piece is beautifully preserved with minimal signs of use.

This single-edged knife is made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "堺刀司" (Sakai Toji) and "岩国作" (Iwakuni). Includes a wooden sheath.

Elegant and precise, this usuba is a staple for those who appreciate finesse in vegetable preparation.
