Specially Made Wa-Santoku Knife

This is a Wa-Gyuto style Santoku knife, designed to handle meat, fish, and vegetables with ease. The 150mm length and modest blade thickness make it highly maneuverable for daily tasks. Some black-forged finish has worn off, but the blade edge remains bright and clean.

Made from double-edged high-carbon steel, it offers strong cutting power and a traditional Japanese aesthetic.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "特製" (Specially Made).
