This Tojiro Santoku knife appears to be in near-unused condition. While the original box was discarded due to damage, the remaining label noted that it features high-grade Ginsan No.3 (Silver #3) steel, known for its superior stainless quality.
Made from stainless steel with a double bevel, it’s rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "藤次郎作" (Tojiro). A Good Design Award sticker remains on the handle.
