Kanesou Aideba Knife, Mioroshi Style

The Aideba is a narrower alternative to the Deba, perfect for filleting and delicate fish prep. This Mioroshi-style knife from Kanesou features a water buffalo horn handle and fine craftsmanship. A rare and collectible piece that still performs beautifully in the kitchen.

Crafted from high-carbon steel with a single bevel, it offers excellent sharpness.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use immediately. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

Engravings include "かね惣" (Kanesou), with a faint personal name marking still visible.
