Sakai Takayuki Grand Chef SP Honesuki Knife

This is a premium honesuki knife from Sakai Takayuki's high-end Grand Chef SP lineup. It features a dimpled blade, which reduces friction and prevents food from sticking.

The honesuki knife is a Japanese boning knife designed for precise butchering and trimming of meat. This model follows the "Higashi-gata" (Eastern-style) shape, making it ideal for intricate work.

This knife is single-edged and made of high-carbon steel, offering exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "Grand Chef SP TAKAYUKI." Comes with the original box.
