KANEMITSU Gyuto Knife 270mm

The Gyuto is a multi-purpose Japanese knife capable of handling meat, fish, and vegetables with ease. This 270mm version is ideal for efficient, extended prep sessions. The handle still retains its original sticker, indicating very little prior use.

Made from double-edged high-carbon steel, it offers outstanding sharpness. A light patina may be present, typical of this steel type.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the KANEMITSU logo and engraving. The handle also retains its original sticker.
