Yasuyuki Hon-Yaki Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for delicate sashimi slicing, and the fuguhiki variation is even thinner, ideal for creating precise and elegant cuts.

This knife features a single bevel, forged from high-carbon Aogami (Blue Steel) in the hon-yaki (monosteel) style, offering exceptional sharpness and long-lasting performance. A beautifully maintained blade with very minimal signs of use—an excellent fuguhiki for serious sashimi work.

It comes sharpened and ready to use. Please handle with care during unpacking. Price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "本焼" (Hon-Yaki), "康之" (Yasuyuki), and "青" (Blue Steel). A wooden saya (sheath) is included.
