This Yanagiba appears to have been used by a craftsman for many years. Though shortened by maintenance, its 200mm blade is still highly suitable for home sashimi preparation. Originally a high-quality piece, it surpasses typical household sashimi knives in sharpness and craftsmanship.
Crafted from high-carbon steel, this knife features a single bevel for clean cuts.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "正本" (Masamoto).
