This knife is made from rust-resistant stainless steel, offering easy maintenance.
At 200mm, it is a practical choice for home use, perfect for slicing fish fillets into sashimi.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "角馬" (Kakuma), and "本研" (Honken). A label remains on the handle.
