The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife ideal for slicing sashimi, characterized by its long and narrow blade that delivers clean and smooth cuts.
This single-beveled knife is made from high-carbon steel and offers exceptional sharpness.
It appears to have undergone a black rust treatment, with the polished steel tip clearly visible.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the "カネヨシ" (Kaneyoshi) logo and engraving, and the handle includes a branded stamp.

With its traditional aesthetic and functional design, this Yanagiba offers a great balance between artistry and practical use, making it a favorite among sushi enthusiasts.
