Masamoto Tako-Hiki Knife

The Tako-Hiki is a traditional Kanto-style sashimi knife with a slim, straight blade designed for slicing fish with minimal resistance, ensuring smooth, precise cuts.

This knife is single-beveled and made of high-carbon steel, ensuring exceptional sharpness.

As expected with high-carbon steel, some patina is present, but the cutting edge retains a clean silver finish, as seen in the photos.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "秀" (Shu). The handle end is also engraved with "正本" (Masamoto).
