Hidari Yorimitsu Aji-Kiri Knife

This Aji-Kiri knife is designed for preparing horse mackerel and similar small fish. It features a thick, high-carbon steel blade and is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use.

This knife is single-edged and made from high-carbon steel, prized for its sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "左頼光別作" (Hidari Yorimitsu Bessaku), "登録" (Registered), and a small eggplant illustration. The handle also bears a branding mark.
