Kanehira Aji-Kiri Knife

The Aji-Kiri (small deba) is a traditional Japanese knife used for filleting smaller fish.

This knife is made from high-carbon steel with a single-beveled edge, offering sharpness ideal for detailed fish preparation.

It shows signs of care and use, with typical high-carbon steel patina. However, the edge remains brightly silver and well-maintained.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "兼平" (Kanehira).

Combining practicality with craftsmanship, this Kanehira knife excels in precision and daily usability for fish prep.
