Edoichi Unagi-Saki Knife (Nagoya Style)

The Unagi-Saki knife is a specialized Japanese knife used to fillet eel. The Nagoya style is noted for its straight blade profile.

This knife is crafted from high-carbon steel with a single bevel, offering excellent sharpness.

It is a clean, well-maintained Aogami steel blade with minimal discoloration and is in very good condition overall.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "江戸一" (Edoichi), and "青鋼" (Aogami Steel).
