Kikusue Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife, designed to make clean, single-pull slices that preserve the beauty and texture of raw fish.
This knife is made from high-carbon steel with a single bevel, known for its outstanding sharpness.
Although a storage sticker remains, it appears this knife was seldom used. There is some natural patina on the steel, but the blade edge retains its bright silver sheen.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "菊季" (Kikusue).
