Minamoto Michisaku Deba Knife (165mm)

The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for breaking down fish, featuring a thick blade and solid weight. This 165mm model shows almost no signs of use. Due to storage, there is a small chip near the heel of the water buffalo horn ferrule, which is reflected in the price. It does not affect functionality.

The knife is single-beveled and made from high-carbon steel, known for its sharp edge.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "源道作" (Minamoto Michisaku) and "青二号" (Blue Steel No. 2).

An excellent choice for users seeking a professional-grade fish butchery tool with a traditional aesthetic and excellent edge performance.
