Sakai Toji Kama-Usuba Knife (Iwakuni-Made)

The Usuba is designed for peeling and detailed vegetable work. This particular knife has a protective wax coating at the handle junction, likely applied during manufacturing. Though stored for some time, it shows minimal signs of use.

This knife is single-beveled and made from high-carbon steel, making it ideal for precision tasks.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "堺刀司" (Sakai Toji) and "岩国作" (Iwakuni Made). Comes with water buffalo horn handle and wooden sheath.
