Hisashi Santoku Knife

This Santoku is a slightly thicker all-purpose knife, typical of Tosa-style craftsmanship. It can even handle some tasks usually reserved for Deba knives. Though the black-forged finish shows some wear from age, it has no effect on performance.

The knife is double-beveled and made from high-carbon steel, known for its sharpness.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "手打" (Hand-Forged), "久" (Hisashi), "特製" (Special Edition), and "青" (Blue Steel).

A versatile and robust knife with a rustic look, offering great cutting power for varied kitchen tasks.
