Tsukiji Masamoto Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a Japanese sashimi knife designed for precise slicing. This high-carbon steel knife features a rounded tip ("Sakimaru") and a thin blade, making it perfect for preparing fugu sashimi or other delicate dishes.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "築正本" (Tsukiji Masamoto), "A," "青鋼" (Blue Steel), and "秀" (Shu). The handle cap bears the name "秀吉" (Hideyoshi).
