Sukehisa Gyuto Knife (Japanese Steel)

The Gyuto, known as a multipurpose knife, is excellent for handling meat, fish, and vegetables, making it a must-have in any kitchen. This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon Japanese steel, providing superior sharpness.

While the knife shows some black rust, it is not deep and does not affect its functionality. The blade edge is clean, revealing bright, polished steel.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "助久" (Sukehisa), and "日本鋼" (Japanese Steel).
