The Gyuto is a Western-style multipurpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. Its long blade ensures efficiency and precision in the kitchen.

This double-edged knife is made of stainless steel, featuring a straight-edge blade that has been sharpened to maintain its original linear design. As an all-stainless steel knife, it offers easy maintenance and excellent hygiene.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "實光" (Jikko) and "H-INOX."
