Takumi Kazutada Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style multipurpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. Its long blade and ergonomic design make it ideal for versatile kitchen use.

This double-edged knife is made of stainless steel, providing excellent sharpness and corrosion resistance.

Minor scratches from use and maintenance are present, but the knife remains in very good condition overall.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "匠和忠作" (Takumi Kazutada), and "謹製" (Carefully Crafted).
