Sukehisa Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style multipurpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. Its long blade makes slicing efficient and precise.

This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel, providing exceptional sharpness. With a blade length of 305mm, this large-sized knife is well-balanced and suitable for professional use.

The handle retains a clean "Recommended Quality" seal, indicating minimal use. Although slight discoloration is present from storage, the knife is in nearly unused condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "助久" (Sukehisa), and "特製" (Special).
