The Santoku is a multi-purpose Japanese knife ideal for handling meat, fish, and vegetables. This single-edged knife has a blade thickness of 3mm, making it suitable for use as an Ai-Deba knife.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "堺武昭" (Sakai Gen) and retains a "堺刃物" (Sakai Knives) seal on the handle.
