Seki Magoroku Ginju Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife specialized for slicing sushi and sashimi with precision. This model shows some hammer marks on the spine, but the price reflects this, making it a great deal for those who don't mind minor imperfections.

Made from single-bevel high-carbon steel, it offers excellent sharpness.

The blade has been professionally sharpened, ensuring it is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku) and "銀寿" (Ginju).
