The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese knife used to create clean, beautiful cuts for sashimi. Its long blade is designed for smooth slicing of fish fillets.

This single-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel, providing exceptional sharpness. As a product of the Sakai Takayuki brand, it offers reliable quality for professional use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "堺孝行上作" (Sakai Takayuki Jyosaku) on both sides of the blade.
