Togoro Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese knife used for creating beautifully sliced sashimi.
This single-edged high-carbon steel blade is approximately 22cm in length, making it well-suited for slicing fish into sashimi at home.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
Engravings include "藤五郎作" (Togoro Saku), and an intact quality assurance seal.
