TEISAKU Gyuto Knife
The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables with a double-edged design.
This knife is crafted from VG-1 premium stainless steel (V-Kin No.1), known for its durability and excellent sharpness. Its smaller size makes it versatile for use as a larger petty or utility knife.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "TEISAKU" and "V金1号" (VG-1).
