The Gyuto knife is a Western-style all-purpose knife, suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables with its double-beveled edge.
Featuring a Hon-Warikomi 3-layered construction and made with Molybdenum Gold Steel, this knife retains its sharpness for a long time and is relatively easy to maintain.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "広尚作" (Hironao-saku), "Molybdenum Gold Steel", and "本割込" (Hon-Warikomi).
