The Deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, with a thick single-edged blade for precision.
This high-carbon steel blade shows signs of patina, giving it a seasoned look, though the edge remains shiny and sharp.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "江戸駒作" (Edokoma Saku) and includes the original Edokoma brand seal on the handle.
