The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a double-edged blade.
It features a hon-warikomi (3-layered) construction, offering excellent sharpness and ease of maintenance.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "義光" (Yoshimitsu) and "割込鋼" (Warikomi Steel).
