Kanetsune Saku Small Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile all-purpose knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. The Santoku is slightly smaller, making it comfortable to hold and easy to use.

Made using the Hon-Warikomi technique, which is a three-layered knife construction, it is relatively easy to maintain and offers exceptional sharpness. This is a double-edged knife.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "名匠" (Master Craftsman), "兼常作" (Kanetsune Saku), and "本割込" (Hon-Warikomi).
