Kikuichimonji Saku Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

Made using the Warikomi technique, which involves a three-layered knife construction, it is relatively easy to maintain and offers excellent sharpness. This is a double-edged knife.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

There are hammer marks visible on the spine. The price reflects this, so it's a good deal if you don't mind.

It features the engravings "菊一文字作" (Kikuichimonji Saku) and "割込み" (Warikomi).
