Kikutaka Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose double-beveled knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

Made of hagane (carbon steel) using Japanese steel, there is some slight discoloration, but it is not deep. The blade edge reveals a clean, silver sheen of the steel.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "菊孝" (Kikutaka) and "CARBON C-6".
