Noshu Kanemori Wa-Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a multipurpose Japanese knife for meat, fish, and vegetables. This Wa-Santoku style features a traditional Japanese handle and a clean, straightforward design with minimal wear. Its hybrid style blends Western versatility with Japanese aesthetics and handling.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "濃州兼守作" (Noshu Kanemori Saku).
