Made from Aogami steel, it boasts superior sharpness and durability, ideal for those who demand high performance in their knives.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "吉川別打" (Yoshikawa Betsuuchi) and "青鋼" (Aogami). The handle displays branded marks of "池田" (Ikeda) and "吉川" (Yoshikawa).
