The Nakiri knife is a traditional Japanese knife, ideal for cutting vegetables.
This double-edged blade is made of hagane (carbon steel) with a distinctive marbled-pattern handle. The thin blade ensures superior sharpness.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "照秀作" (Teruhide Saku), and the handle retains its original sticker.
