Yushun Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri knife is a traditional Japanese knife, ideal for cutting vegetables.

This double-edged blade is made of hagane (carbon steel) with a kuro-uchi finish. The blade is thin, with a thickness of 1-2mm from the heel, making it suitable for precise vegetable cutting.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "特撰" (Special Selection) and "優駿" (Yushun). The handle still has a sticker indicating its excellent sharpness.
