Tojiro Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a double-edged blade.

Made from Swedish steel with a warikomi (3-layered) construction, this knife offers excellent sharpness and is relatively easy to maintain.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "藤次郎作" (Tojiro), "DP," "Swedish Steel Warikomi," and "Professional Use."
