Awataguchi Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile all-purpose knife that can be used for meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife features a Hon-Warikomi (three-layered) construction with high-carbon steel sandwiched between softer stainless steel, making it relatively easy to maintain while offering exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "粟田口" (Awataguchi) and "純鋼割込" (Junkou Warikomi).
