Sakai Kikumori Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese knife, perfect for slicing sashimi.

Made of Hagane steel, it offers exceptional sharpness.

This is a single-edged knife.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

The engraving "堺菊守" (Sakai Kikumori) is faintly visible but difficult to read. The handle features a branded mark.
