Munetsugu Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese single-bevel knife used for slicing sashimi beautifully.

Made from carbon steel (hagane), it offers exceptional sharpness for precise and clean cuts.

This is a nearly unused item, with the original seal still attached.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "宗次" (Munetsugu).
