Masamoto Sohonten Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is ideal for beautifully slicing sashimi. This single-edged knife is made from carbon steel, providing excellent sharpness.

This knife has been carefully maintained and used over time. Although about one-third of the engraving has faded, this is due to meticulous thinning during sharpening, leaving it in a condition that is still perfectly usable.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "総本店" (Sohonten).
