The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

Made of Hagane steel, this knife offers excellent sharpness.

This is a double-edged knife.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "商標登録" (Registered Trademark) and "正広別作" (Masahiro Betsu-saku).
