Nihonbashi Kiya Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, making it popular among both professionals and home cooks.

This knife is double-beveled and made of high-carbon steel, ensuring excellent sharpness.

While there are no functional issues, the rivets on the handle appear slightly small, suggesting that the handle may have been reattached.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
