Marumono Tokusen Deba Knife

The Deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, featuring a thick and sturdy blade. This particular knife has a black-forged (kuro-uchi) finish, which helps protect the blade from rust. The edge reveals a clean, silver steel finish, indicating excellent condition.

This knife is single-beveled and crafted from high-carbon steel, ensuring exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

The handle features a branded stamp "丸物特撰" (Marumono Tokusen).
